  1. Colourful Home

One of my favourite things to buy is colourful homewares, especially from small indie businesses. There are so many lovely shops on Etsy and I follow so many great makers on Instagram. My prints are very colourful and I love to mix it up and create an eclectic look. Here's a selection of some of my favourite pieces currently on my Christmas list!

    Pressed Flower Glass Frame: PalyGlass

I've been in love with these frames for a while now. I love how pretty the flowers look and would love to fill a whole wall with them!

    Giant Pompom: WoollyPomPoms

How fun is this giant pom pom decoration?! It would brighten up any home and just love that's it's full of so many different colours.

    Geometric Concrete Clock: Kalee Jones

I'm in love with Kalee's clocks. She also sells prints and the colours she uses are just gorgeous!

    Painted Wooden Pegboard: byRouncefield

If you don't follow Becky's Instagram accounts, you need to! I'm in love with her interior style and she now has her own business creating beautiful pieces, including this wooden pegboard. Find her accounts here and here.

    Abstract Print: Mia Felce

This is one of my most popular prints! Click the link to shop all art prints.

Marbled Geometric Planter: Badger and Birch

This planter from Badger and Birch is so pretty. I'm also eyeing up some coasters and a beautiful clock!

Which is your favourite? Do you like a colourful home or do you go for more neutral shades?

  2. I've been working on an exciting new project and recently had a photoshoot for my new product. I know it's only September, but I've actually been working on this since July! When you have a small business, it's never too early to start planning Christmas!

I found these pretty baubles on eBay and the colours were perfect for what I wanted to create. I also found this gorgeous box from HomeSense - because you can never have enough random storage boxes!

I think my favourite has to be the white glitter! I bought the tree from eBay also; it even has little LED lights on the ends of the branches.

I've been using my iPhone camera for my product photography for quite a while, but decide to use my Canon for once. I'm really happy with the way they have turned out and can't wait to share them.

Here's a sneak peak of what I've been working on! I'm in love with the colour palette, and have had a great reaction so far, so I'm really excited about them. Each one is individually hand painted and they will be available in two colourways.

I also took photos of my new giant confetti. It's the perfect photo prop to brighten up any flatlay! Click here to shop.

The tree decorations will be available soon, so sign up here if you'd like to receive an email with a special pre-sale discount.

What do you think? Are you excited for Christmas yet? When do you start buying your decorations?
