Most people booking a property for a getaway are looking for either a home away from home, total extravagance or an escape that is completely different to their own home. You can 100% make really fun and alternative spaces within any property type, especially shepherds huts, cabins and barns, but if you're unsure, a good starting point is the exterior.

One of the biggest turn offs when viewing a rental property listing is an uncomfortable looking bed. You need to prioritize your bedding and linen to ensure your photos look great and that it looks just as good when guests arrive. Whether you mix it up with colourful bedding or stick to a plain, classic white, this is one of the most important aspects to focus on. Also, buy a duvet one size larger than the mattress size; it's more comfortable and looks ten times better.

There can be hundreds of properties in a given area and having clear, beautiful imagery will capture the attention of potential guests.
