What delivery service do you use?
All orders are sent via Royal Mail. Smaller sizes are sent First Class standard, and larger print sizes are sent Second Class Signed For, which is a traceable service. Please note, only A4 sizes will fit through a letterbox. We cannot accept requests to leave parcels with neighbours, leave in specific places, etc. as it's not possible to communicate this to Royal Mail.
Framed prints are sent via a courier service.
How much is delivery?
Delivery to the UK costs £2.99. If your order is over £30, your order will be delivered free of charge (UK).
Delivery to Europe costs £6 and delivery to the rest of the world costs £10. Please allow up to 15 working days for international orders.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Our processing times depend on the print size you order. A4, A3 and 30x40cm prints are processed within 4 working days.
Larger sizes and framed prints have a lead time of 10 working days. Please allow 2-5 working days from the receipt of your dispatch email to receive your order. JANUARY 2021 update: Please note framed prints may take 2 weeks to be dispatched due to a longer lead times on the frames during lockdown. Please note customised/personalised prints may take slightly longer, and may depend on the time taken to confirm the proof that will be sent to your email address.
Orders are dispatched during normal working days, Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays.
If your order doesn't arrive or in the unlikely event it arrives damaged, please email [email protected] so we can help.
International orders are sent via Standard Royal Mail. Each country has different delivery times, however it's usually 5-15 working days. Please check information on customs and duty before ordering, as we can't take responsibility for any customs charges.
I'd like to return my order, what shall I do?
If you would like to return your order, just drop an email to [email protected] and we will let you know where to post it. We offer refunds on purchases up to 14 days after receipt of your order. To return your order, it must be unused and in the same conditional as you received it. Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed within 10 days. We will refund your full order amount including delivery. If you return part of your order, we will refund the cost of the returned item only.
Please note return postage is paid for by the customer. We suggest using a traceable shipping service. Unfortunately, proof of postage is not proof of us receiving your item.
My item is faulty or has arrived damaged, what shall I do?
In the unlikely event that anything in your order is faulty or damaged, please email [email protected] within two days of receipt of your order and we will get a replacement sent out.
Can I cancel my order?
If you'd like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has already been dispatched, it will be processed as a return.
